New Whitepaper and Apple Certified IT Professional: Where the Knowledge Comes From

This week a new, in-depth technical whitepaper is live on WoodApplez: From Enrollment to Deployment: Apple Business and Apple Configurator in Practice. A good moment to explain where this knowledge comes from, because it didn’t come out of nowhere.

Apple Certified IT Professional

The whitepaper covers topics including Automated Device Enrollment, Apple Configurator, Platform SSO, Managed Apple Accounts, and declarative device management: material that ties directly into Apple’s Deployment and Management exam. I passed that exam for the first time in 2026, earning the Apple Certified IT Professional (ACITP) badge.

Part of a broader path

I also earned the Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification, focused on supporting and managing macOS in professional environments, first in 2024 and again in 2026. Together with several certified colleagues, this made it possible for Analyst ICT to become an official Apple Technical Partner as of March 2026: a recognition from Apple for IT service providers with demonstrable expertise in Apple technology in business environments.
