WWDC 2026: iOS 27 and a new Siri

Supreme Court takes up the Epic Games case

On June 30, the US Supreme Court decided to take up Apple’s appeal in the ongoing case against Epic Games. It concerns the 2025 ruling in which a judge found that Apple had “knowingly and willfully” violated an earlier order regarding third party payment links in the App Store. The case will be heard starting in October, with a ruling expected at the earliest by mid 2027.
